calgary weather changes frequently so does the realstate market December ,January ,February are quiet slow and people feel little lazy and don't list there homes for sale that much until it's there top priority also new construction and development become slow as temperatur can drop below -10 to -30 c making it almost difficult and unbea to work outside.


from last few year specially after 2018 weather is becoming little hot and we have little long summer .
